Since 2001, Prime Development NV, LLC has been operting as a commercial real estate corporation in Southern California specializing in land purchases, partnerships and projects in the industrial and retail sector- both locally and nationwide- bringing to the marketplace their vast wealth of knowledge and experience to both on a consistent basis.

 

Prime's services include research, planning, construction supervision, leasing & sales, as well as the individual orchestrations of property management teams that keep the integrity of each property at the top end of current market values. 

 

Internally, the company's team includes an accounting manager, a business facilitation manager, and an in-house contractual expeditor; all which are held to the highest standard- under the tutilage and leadership of the company's founding visionary and managing partner, Michelle Chiou.
